We as a Community and as a Home Owners Association are and must remain Committed to Bettering our Homes and our Grounds. We are all Striving for a Better Tommorrow and Together we can accomplish this through Honest Down to Earth Good Natured Communication, Hard Continuous Diligent Effort and Willingness to Take Action rather than let others do it for us. We Must Strive for a Brighter Future and not only Develop our Community but Generate Commraderie and Fellowship amongst those of us Living here in our Community. Though beset with hard times financially our HOA will Perservere and in due time we will Restore our Buildings, Common Areas and Ammenities to Pristine levels. As with the Eagle Scout saying we will forge onward with the Mantra "Leave it better than how we found it."We are a Family Community and we will Strive to Maintain a Safe Haven amidst the turmoil that surrounds us. Through the use of Community Supported Committies we will Establish and Maintain groups of individuals Dedicated to making our property safe for us and our children. |

Goals For the Year:
Re-Establish and maintain an increase in available HOA funds. Establish and Encourage positive relations with HOA members within the Community. Develope a solid and fact based plan for where our HOA and community need to head in the next 5, 10, 20 and 40 years to maintain and increase property value and quality. |
