Members of the Copper Creek HOA Board are voted into term for 1 Year time periods starting every March. They are individuals devoting Un-Paid hours of their time to bettering the Copper Creek Community and have a Fiduciary Responsibility to manage and direct the Financial and Maintenance Affairs of the Copper Creek HOA as a whole. Three HOA members are elected to Constitute the Board and each of them have a Vested Interest in preserving Copper Creek Common Areas and Ammenities.

Michael Veblungsnes - I moved to Copper Creek in October 2009 and became a first time home owner. I am always willing to help whenever needed so I accepted the Board's offer to help the community. Since then I have worked along side the other board members to make everything better than it has previously been. Outside of work and my duties on the HOA Board I love to have a good time and enjoy playing almost any game out there from video games, a personal favorite, to board games, to card games, to sports. My ideal community is one where everyone knows and trusts their neighbors and everyone is able to fully enjoy the ammenities and benefits provided as well as increasing home value and overall community worth. It might take some time but we will get there if we all do our part and help as needed.
